Welcome to Triple Crown Organizing! It’s been a journey of a lifetime getting here but I finally found out who I’m supposed to be when I grow up…a Professional Organizer.
I love helping people, making their life easier, lessening their burdens, and keeping things neat and clean. It’s how I’m wired. But it’s so much more than that. I create order out of chaos and see how it brings joy and happiness, peace and calm to a person, a home, a family, or a business. So, here’s my story. I hope it inspires you and encourages you to create the life and space that pleases you, and I hope that I can help you along on that journey.
My professional career started out as an Administrative Assistant, landing my first job at the Waldorf~Astoria hotel in New York City. That career would span over 30 years working for various companies, both small and large. In late 2024, I found myself navigating through a pivotal career shift. I decided after all those years of working for other people, it was time to work for myself. I dove into the world as a solopreneur, going from Admin to CEO, and while it was a daunting task to start a new business, it has been worth it. I may be new at the role of business owner but I’m not new to the role of organizing - I’ve been doing it ever since I can remember. Clutter and disarray don’t scare me. It’s just an opportunity to innovate and come up with great ways to make things better. No judgment, just encouragement.
Why the name, Triple Crown Organizing? I wanted a name that reflected who I am and the results I strive to deliver—bold, meaningful, and transformative. Inspired by my love of horses and the legacy of Secretariat, the phrase “Running with the horses” came to mind. It symbolizes living courageously, embracing challenges, and rising above the ordinary—a concept echoed in Jeremiah 12:5: “If racing against mere men makes you tired, how will you race against horses?” This idea deeply resonated with me, considering where I was at in my life. The Triple Crown also reflects my spiritual foundation, representing the Trinity—God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit—whom I consider partners in this journey. It felt like it was the perfect time to rise to the occasion and pursue something significant in the second half of my life. There’s no better place to run with the horses than at the Triple Crown, so putting it all together, Triple Crown Organizing was born.
